Once an order has been shipped, The Isabel Edit is not responsible for loss, theft, delays, or damage caused by the shipping carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for addressing any shipping-related issues, including lost, delayed, or damaged packages, directly with the shipping carrier used for their order. Customers should retain all packaging materials, photographs, and relevant shipping documentation when filing a claim.

The Isabel Edit will provide tracking information once the order has shipped. Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment and contact the carrier promptly regarding any delivery concerns.
